Document does not open due to document formatting corrupt.
Cause:
The document formatting is corrupt.
Solution:
Save the .RTF document as a Word document in Word and reopen.
1) Save the open .RTF document as a Word document (.DOC).
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save As...'.
b) Select Word Document (*.doc) from the 'Save As Type' drop-down list box.
c) Click 'Save'.
2) Re-open the .DOC file.
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open'.
b) Select the document with the .DOC extension to open.
c) Click 'Open'.
